Alessandra is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and completed a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto with a Specialization in Psychology. 

Alessandra believes in working collaboratively with her clients and tailoring treatment to meet their unique needs. Her therapeutic approach is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. This means helping clients to identify and change negative thought patterns, set achievable goals, and build stronger and more compassionate emotional connections with themselves and others.

She works with teens and adults with an array of issues including anxiety, depression, school or work related stress and interpersonal difficulties. Her non-judgmental approach creates a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. She also works with couples to help facilitate deeper understanding and overcome negative patterns. Alessandra has an immense passion for helping others and it would be her pleasure to work alongside you in your journey.

Salwa is a Registered Social Worker in Ontario. She holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Toronto, after having completed her Bachelors of Social Work from York University.

Salwa has worked with individuals, children/adolescents, young adults, couples, families, and groups in a variety of capacities. Her expertise is in anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, parenting challenges, self-esteem issues, stress and relationship difficulties.

Salwa is known for her compassionate, strengths-based approach and her ability to not only help her clients navigate through life stressors, but also to explore ways to live more meaningfully and purposefully. Her therapeutic approach is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) , Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and the Gottman Method.

Sara is a culturally attuned Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) fluent in Farsi and English, with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (candidate). Sara offers you a unique perspective—one born from the experience of embracing two worlds. She understands intimately what it’s like to navigate the complexities of living between cultures, to feel the pull of traditions while embracing the freedoms of modernity.

Her approach is centered around you, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy principles. Sara tailors her methods to meet your unique needs, including individuals facing anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, relationship issues, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), personality disorders, substance use disorders, and trauma-related disorders.

Utilizing a blend of therapeutic modalities, Sara aims to foster deep connections and emotional growth. Having a profound understanding of different cultural backgrounds and the LGBTQIA2S+ community, she provides a safe and inclusive environment where you can explore your experiences without fear of judgment.

Sara believes that the relationship between therapist and client is paramount, and she strives to create a warm and nurturing space where you feel valued and understood.
