Amelia Perri, RN, Psychotherapist – Clinic Director
Amelia Perri is a RN, Psychotherapist and the owner and founder of Therapy Heals Psychotherapy and Counselling Services. She developed Therapy Heals in 2007 to offer people high quality counselling services that are respectful of each person as a unique individual with his/her own needs, preferences, strengths, and abilities.
Amelia’s work history includes a mix of supporting people in their healing, as well as, experience in high level leadership positions in health care. Her role at Therapy Heals in directing the Clinic, and in providing psychotherapy services to clients, allows her to combine her two passions.
In her role as Clinic Director, Amelia tries to ensure that Therapy Heals provides high quality services and a feeling of comfort and safety for clients to engage in a vulnerable and healing process. She herself strives to be compassionate and non-judgemental in all aspects of her role at Therapy Heals, and she welcomes all enquiries for help and support. She sees it as a privilege to be able to offer these services to Therapy Heals Clients.
Robyn Caruana – Manager, Client Services and Human Resources
Robyn brings an array of past employment experiences beginning her career in Corrections, moving into the Ministry of Education and then the Ministry of Health with a specialty in Children’s Mental Health. Most recently she has divided her time between her family business and volunteering in the community with the local Chamber of Commerce.
Robyn believes in being client-oriented and is a strategic-thinking, operations and client service professional with over 20 years of experience in building relationships and cultivating partnerships.
In this Management role, Robyn oversees the client services, marketing, and human resources functions of the organization. Robyn has an open door policy and strives for warm working relationships with clients, employees, and independent contractors alike.
Laura Youngs, Client Services and Administrative Assistant
As the Client Services and Administrative Assistant, Laura is responsible for client and therapist related functions with regard to scheduling and other administrative support.
Her passion for working with people is supported by her background in sales and customer service. In her role at Therapy Heals, with a warm and friendly demeanour, Laura is happy to assist clients and therapists with any questions they may have.
Laura is an avid golfer and gardener and enjoys the outdoors.
Cordell Perri, Administrative and Property Management Support
Cordell provides part-time administrative and property management support behind the scenes. He is also a full-time Real Estate Agent and has a background in sales and customer service.
Cordell uses his professional and humorous attitude to provide important support for the operations at Therapy Heals.
Cordell is a firm believer in mental health services and their capacity to support healing for people, He is an advocate for personal growth and development.
