The Therapy Heals Counselling team provides psychotherapy and counselling services to individuals, couples, and families. The therapy/counselling fee varies based on multiple factors. The range is from $130 – $199 per 50 minute session (and includes taxes where applicable). The cost of these services are covered by most health benefit plans. Supervision and Consultation for Therapists
The fee for supervision and consultation is $169.50 (includes applicable taxes) per 50 minute session.

Booking your first appointment
No referral is necessary, simply call or email our office to book an appointment. If using email please be aware of the privacy risks and email at your own discretion.
We require your credit card information in order to book your first appointment. This information is used to collect payment if you fail to attend appointments without notice or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, and to collect any other unpaid fees.
Payment method
Cash, cheque, debit and credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at each session.
Insurance & Health Benefits
Our services are not covered by OHIP. Many extended health benefits insurance providers do cover our services, partially or in full. Please contact your benefits provider to verify coverage prior to contacting us.
Please inform us if you have coverage for services by a Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Social Worker, Registered Psychologist, Nutritionist or services supervised by a Registered Psychologist. This information allows us to confirm fees and identify the appropriate Therapist or Counsellor for you to work with.
Our Psychotherapy & Mental Health services are considered a medical expense tax credit by Revenue Canada. Any fees not covered by your benefits plan can be claimed when you file your income tax return.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, and no shows, are subject to the full fee being charged. The Therapy Heals counselling team provides psychotherapy and counselling services in York Region including Vaughan, Woodbridge, Concord, Maple, and near Kleinburg, Thornhill, Richmond Hill and Toronto areas. In addition the team provides psychotherapy and counselling services in New Tecumseth, including Tottenham, and near Alliston, Beeton and surrounding areas, including Nobleton, Orangeville, Schomberg, Bolton, and Newmarket. There are also office locations in Bradford, convenient for people residing in Bradford, Newmarket, Innisfil, Cookstown, Beeton, and Bondhead, and Cambridge, in Galt Cambridge, convenient for people residing in Cambridge, Paris, Brant, Kitchener, and Brantford. We are also happy to provide services at our newest location in Innisfil, conveniently located for clients residing in Innisfil, Barrie, Cookstown, Bradford, Thornton and surrounding areas.
