Brianna is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Masters of Arts in Theology: Spiritual Care & Psychotherapy from Martin Luther University College. She also has a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology (minors in Education and Criminology) from Wilfrid Laurier University. Brianna has completed a professional development course in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Level I: Fundamentals of CBT) from Wilfrid Laurier University. She also has completed level 1 and 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

Brianna has experience working with adolescents and adults with a variety of areas including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. Brianna also works with couples using the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. She has also co-facilitated a psychoeducation therapy group for adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Regardless of the reasons for starting your therapeutic journey, Brianna is here to listen to your story. She is also passionate about creating a place for clients to reconnect with their strengths and achieve their goals.

She will work with you in developing a strategy which may include various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotionally Focused therapy (EFT), mindfulness practices and spiritually integrated psychotherapy.

Lisa Kellerman Registered Social Worker BA, MSW, RSW

Lisa is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). She holds Masters of Social Work Degree from Wilfred Laurier University, a Bachelors of Social Work degree from McMaster University, a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Waterloo as well as a diploma of Child and Youth Work from Niagara College. In addition, Lisa has completed trainings and courses in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and is continuing education in Clinical Behavioural Sciences at McMaster University. 

Lisa has over 20 years of experience working with children, youth, and families. She has experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harm, interpersonal relationship difficulties, eating disorders, addictions, and mood disturbances. She utilizes an eclectic approach to treatment and believes each client’s path in therapy is unique. 

Lisa meets clients where they are at to begin working towards developing a meaningful life driven by strengths and values. She approaches all clients with compassion and is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment in which clients can thrive and develop inner strength and wellness. Robyn is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CPRO) and is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology from Western University. Robyn also has a diploma in Child and Youth Work from Humber College. Robyn uses a mindfulness-based and trauma-informed approach to therapy, and is trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. 

Robyn has experience supporting adolescents and adults in processing trauma, anxiety, and interpersonal difficulties, navigating life transitions, and developing self-awareness and identity. Robyn takes an eclectic approach to therapy and will use several therapeutic approaches to meet your treatment needs. Robyn is accepting of all cultural, sexual and gender identities, and always strives to maintain a safe and welcoming space for clients.

Robyn’s goal is to develop safety and trust in your therapeutic relationship and to help you deepen your insight and develop self-awareness. She will support you in exploring your past experiences, understanding your patterns of behaviour, and help you make meaning of your experiences. Robyn would be honoured to be part of your wellness journey and to support you in living a more meaningful life. 

Taylor Morgan, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), GradCert, BSc, CYCP

Taylor is a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She has a passion for empowering individuals on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. With a Graduate Certificate in Psychotherapy, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and a Diploma in Child and Youth Work, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice.

At the heart of Taylor’s approach, lie empathy, compassion, and kindness. She firmly believes in the power of mutual respect and collaboration, viewing each person as the expert of their own life. As a guide and ally, Taylor strives to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

Taylor aims to provide holistic care. She uses a wide range of different modalities in the therapy room, such as internal family systems (IFS), somatic, CBT, psychodynamic, ACT, and narrative therapy. Her goal is to empower you to uncover the tools and resources within yourself to navigate life’s challenges and cultivate lasting change. Together, she and her clients work towards achieving personal goals and fostering a deeper understanding of the self.

Outside of the therapy room, Taylor enjoys immersing herself in the pages of fantasy and romance novels, exploring nature trails with her four legged pal, and indulging in creative pursuits to nourish the soul.

Rashida Odumoye, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) MA, BSc

Rashida Odumoye is a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying, specializing in supporting individuals, children, and families through various life challenges. With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph, Rashida brings a unique blend of scientific understanding and therapeutic expertise to her practice.

Her professional journey includes specialized training in play therapy through the Canadian Association for Child & Play Therapy (CACPT), where she learned to skillfully utilize play as a means of exploring clients’ narratives and facilitating healing in children and youth.

Rashida’s clinical experience spans working with diverse populations facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-harm, domestic violence, life transitions, and PTSD. She employs a range of therapeutic modalities including solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to tailor her approach to each client’s unique needs.

Central to Rashida’s practice is the creation of a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely. She believes in the power of collaboration and actively engages with her clients to co-create goals and strategies for positive change.

Rashida is known for her flexibility and adaptability, recognizing that every individual’s journey is unique. She considers it a privilege to accompany her clients as they navigate life’s challenges, offering support, guidance, and compassion along the way.
